Dynamic StretchingWe’ve been talking to more than one patient lately about dynamic vs. static warm-up before going out for a run or ride or any type of workout. Dynamic workout is by far the winner over basic static stretches. Dynamic Warm-ups make you stronger and faster! Here’s why.

Dynamic is more beneficial prior to the workout as it warms-up and stretches without OVER stretching and causing instability which leads to injury. Just set aside some time and you can fire up your muscles.

Take these dynamic warm-up moves with you for your next workout. Add one or all 12 — a short dynamic warmup is beneficial, even if it only lasts a minute.
